Making Sure Your Move Goes Smoothly

There are few things I enjoy more than telling a client, “We have a signed contract.” That means we have a qualified buyer, got a good price, and negotiated all details.

At that point, I’ll take care of the details. For example, if there are any conditions on the offer to buy your property, such as “passing a home inspection”, I’ll coordinate with you and the buyer’s agent to ensure that the conditions of the inspection are satisfied and signed off.  I’ll watch as the buyer’s loan moves through all of its phases of approval to make sure the loan is approved.  I’ll advise you about your preparations to move and make sure you are on schedule.  If we are finding you a new home, I’ll help you find good prospects and start the home tours.  And I’ll send you a calendar of what is going on and what you may need to do

I’ll also be there for you up to the day you move – and beyond.  I provide you with the names of recommended lawyers, movers, contractors, landscapers, etc. from my network of reputable professionals and companies. If you are moving out of town, I’ll provide you with the names of buyer agents who come highly recommended from our networks of agents.  I’ll also clearly explain what to expect leading up to closing day and give you advice as to how to prepare.
